Frequently Asked Questions

  • In what months are the allotments distributed?

    Our Primo VIP, Primo I, and Anthesis wine club allocations are semiannual, in April and September. Primo Piccolo receives additional allocations in January and July. 

  • Can I customize the wines I will receive each time?

    Yes!  One of your most valuable benefits as a wine club member is having the option to customize your wine club allocation for every allotment. You may customize your wines through your online portal or by contacting us before we process.


     If we do not receive a customized order by the stated deadline, we will process the order for our “Winemakers Selection Bundle”, which is the default allocation of wine chosen by us.

  • Can I skip a shipment?

    Yes.  If you would prefer to skip a shipment, you may do so easily within your online account or by contacting us prior to the processing date and we will make the adjustment.

  • I joined the club. Why am I not receiving your emails?

    After signing up we will add you to our mailing list which includes important wine club notifications, invitations to special events, wine club exclusive specials, and various news about our winery and tasting rooms.


    Spam filters may prevent our emails from reaching your inbox. To ensure receipt of our emails to your inbox, please check your filters and add us to your white list.

  • Can I cancel my membership without a penalty?

    You may inactivate your membership at any time without pentalty. Please contact us with questions or concerns at: PrimoClub@dargenziowine.com.
